1. Who we are

ReCalibrate is run by Re:calibrate Ltd, Unit 9, Avon Close, The Granby, Weymouth DT4 9XB. We are responsible for your personal information. Contact us about anything on this page at hello@recalibratestudio.co.uk.

2. What we collect and why

  • Waitlist sign-ups: your name and email address, so we can send you launch news and offers. We rely on your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Bookings, memberships and deposits: your contact details, what you book and your payment records, so we can provide what you've asked for and keep our accounts.
  • Anything you tell us about your health or injuries: used only to teach you safely, and with your consent.
  • Messages: what you send us by email or social media, so we can reply.
  • Website use: if you accept marketing cookies, information about your visit is shared with Meta (see section 5).

3. Who we share it with

  • bsport, which runs our bookings, payments, waitlist and marketing emails
  • Microsoft, for our business email
  • Google, for a backup waitlist form used only if the main form can't load
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website
  • Meta, only if you accept marketing cookies
  • Our professional advisers, insurers or the authorities where the law requires it

We don't sell your information. Some of these companies may process it outside the UK. Where they do, they should use the safeguards UK law requires.

4. How long we keep it

  • Waitlist details: until you unsubscribe, or 12 months after our full timetable starts if you haven't become a client
  • Client and payment records: for as long as you're a client, then for 6 years for tax and legal reasons
  • Health information: for as long as you're a client, then only for as long as we need it for insurance or legal reasons

5. Cookies
